Reviews of Continental Supermarket - Baku

just mooved to Baku and somebody tell me about Kontinental supermarket. Because I still l live in the hotel but soon mooving to the appartament I went to see what this supermarket stocks so I can shop when I move to the appartament. So I just pop in and how I was passing the aisles there was a glass bottled water in the midle of the flour ..How I was pased I touch one botte with the corner of my bag so the bottle fell ower and the lid opened( good job it didn't smash).. So they make a seen in the middle of the shop and make me pay for the water( that wasnt a problem and I never complain) but they just behaved very strange to me and make a big deal...
If you want expats to come in your shop then you have to have a bit of western culture as well.. If that was happened in the UK or anywhere else nobody will make a big deal.. I could actulally sue you because YOU store the water in unsafe place and that is health & safety issue...and it is your problem, not mine...
So you just loose the customer and possibly some more because the good word spreads fast but the bad even faster...
horrible customer service....( perhaps you dont even know what that is)unfortunatelly... need some training in the Europe for defo...
