Metak Company was established in 1997. The Company specializes in the delivery of pipes, pipeline components and pipeline fixtures from CIS countries, primarily from Russia and Ukraine.
Metak Company is currently a large enterprise with two complete bases with their own access roads and storehouses.
The company already offers its clients more than 300 products, and its range of products is growing every year. Pipes of different diameters and uses are always on-hand in the storehouses, including pipes for oil lines, water lines, galvanized pipes for machine building etc. The growing needs of our clients also called for the import of drains, bolts, connecting pieces, flanges, switches and mufflers, which allow the Company to offer a complete set of products.
The growing activities of the company allowed it to diversify its primary function and it began to make its own products, in this way becoming not just a trading company but a manufacturer.
The manufacture of forged products from metal rolling began, including handrails, gratings, openwork canopies, bed headboards, entrance doors, gates and decorative trusses. Currently, the production of all kinds of welded products has grown in scale and volume. Besides all of the aforementioned products, all varieties of construction scaffolding (diagonal, hook and flange) are produced in accordance to technical conditions developed by the company’s design department.
In 2003 the company began manufacturing steel drains with diameters of 25 mm to 325 mm. The drains produced by Metak Company are no less superior than their Russian and Ukrainian counterparts. Their quality is confirmed not only by the appropriate certificates but also by the positive responses of our clients. An equipment update carried out in 2005 allowed the company to increase the amounts and types of steal drains produced from 7 to 30 units, increasing manufacturing capacity and allowing the release of a new product - steel switches.
In 2005 Metak acquired the equipment to produce polymer pipes for potable water (diameters of 20 to 75 mm) and issued the release of pipes under the brand “METAKBORU”, which have already became well-known in the local market for construction materials.
A new production line began functioning in autumn of 2007, and the manufacturing of polymer pipes, with foils for cold and hot water and heating systems and polypropylene pipes with working pressures to 10mPa in bay and connective fittings began.
One of the company’s most important achievements is the formation of a strong energetic group of employees, currently numbering about 150, each of whom is a professional in his field.
However, Metak Company is not content with what it has achieved. It continues to set and achieve new goals!
